Our story
We build the tech UK clinics actually deserve.
Founded in 2024 by Dom Paul after years of building digital systems for independent UK clinics. We kept seeing the same story: brilliant practitioners drowning in admin, losing patients to clunky tech, and paying for five tools that do not talk to each other.
Clinic Pro is the answer. One platform, built specifically for UK clinics, that handles everything from the first website visit to the five-star review after the appointment.

Five tools, zero integration
The average independent clinic uses separate software for bookings, records, payments, patient comms, and marketing. None of it connects, and somebody spends hours a week copying data between them.
Patients phone, clinics miss calls
A patient who cannot book online at 9pm books the next clinic on Google by 9am. Without 24/7 self-booking, every missed call is a lost appointment.
Reviews do not collect themselves
Most clinics know they need more Google reviews. Almost none have a system to collect them. The result is a rating that does not reflect the quality of care being delivered.
Generic software sold as clinical software
The market is full of platforms built for retail or hospitality that get reskinned for clinics. The language is wrong, the workflows are wrong, and the compliance thinking is absent.

After building digital systems for dozens of UK clinics, I kept seeing the same pattern: a pharmacist answering the phone during a consultation, an aesthetics practitioner manually chasing reviews, a travel clinic losing corporate group bookings to a slow email chain.
The tools available were either too generic to be useful or too expensive to justify for an independent clinic. I built Clinic Pro to change that. Every feature started life as a real problem reported by a real clinic owner in the UK.
We are a small, focused team. We do not serve every industry. We serve UK clinics and we do it properly.
